The Crested Gecko I’m introducing today is a Lily White named Aqua.
Aqua was actually adopted before Snowball and was once the main male in our collection. However, after Snowball, a stunning Pure White Lily, joined the family, Aqua stepped aside from the spotlight. Still, his quality as a Lily White male is exceptional.
The goal behind pairing this couple was clear:
We hoped to produce a beautiful yellow-toned Lily White and ideally a Yellow Bi offspring by pairing Aqua with a female named Mango.

In the first and second photos, you can clearly see the dense and full coverage.
The drippy pattern flowing down from the dorsal almost touches the lateral wall, and the tertiary traits fully cover the neck area without much empty space.
In terms of coverage alone, Aqua stands out as the best Lily White I currently own.

The dorsal pattern is also nearly solid, and although it’s not perfectly so, the combination with a full pinstripe gives Aqua a striking and balanced appearance.

But the real charm of Aqua, in my opinion, lies in his coloration.
Most Lily Whites display a slight yellow hue rather than pure white, and Aqua in particular has a noticeably deeper and richer yellow tone compared to other Lily Whites.
With that in mind, I decided to pair him with Mango, a female who also shows strong yellow coloration, hoping to produce some truly yellow babies.
Since both parents show yellow, I expected yellow offspring but things didn’t go quite as planned.
Stay tuned to see what kind of little ones they produced the story continues in the next post!
